Orders
Your order is an offer we accept when we email confirmation. Made-to-order frames enter production 48 hours after confirmation; cancellation before that point is free and immediate.
Pricing
Prices include VAT at 20% and free UK mainland delivery. Prices can change but never after we have confirmed your order.
Where a discount code is applied, it is applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively. Promotional pricing is limited to the stated period or to available production capacity, whichever ends first.
Delivery
Delivery terms, lead times and regional surcharges are set out on delivery, returns and warranty and form part of this contract. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
Statutory 14-day right to cancel, extended voluntarily to a 100-night trial on stock frames and mattresses. Bespoke and customer's-own-material orders are exempt under regulation 28(1)(b).

Warranty
Ten years on frames and hardwood, five years on upholstery and foam, two years on gas pistons and TV mechanisms, transferable on sale of the bed. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Trade and commercial orders
Orders placed on a trade account are business-to-business and the consumer cancellation rights above do not apply. Trade terms are set out at trade and commercial and in your account agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Complaints
Email support@legendbeds.co.uk with your order number. We acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve within five. Warranty claims are assessed by the factory, not a third-party administrator.
